Paxahau and 323East, the organizers behind Detroit's Electronic Music Festival (May 23-25) announced they're hosting a contest to find a brand/artistic design for this year's party. The winner gets the title of 2009 "brand designer," $5000, a VIP chalet for friends and family to experience the concert, and a gift bag. Prospective artists can submit their entries, which will be voted on online, with a final decision coming from the promoters' evaluations of the finalists. Details at the DEMF site.
