trick or treat? damian lazarus gets devilish

British techno star Damian Lazarus is celebrating his recent move to Los Angeles with a Halloween-themed DJ tour he's dubbing "Devil Night." Avalon Hollywood hosts the spinner on Oct. 31, which will mark the debut of his residency at the club. He'll also play three "Dia de los Muertos"-themed gigs in Mexico.

Sticking with the vibe, his latest mix-CD, Night of the Dark Machines, is out this month via Soma, and it's expected that it will be available for downloading to tour ticketholders for $5 (details to be announced). Lazarus is also working on a debut album for release early next year.
