Tuesday notes:

-Legendary house label Strictly Rhythm (Real 2 Real's "I Like To Move It," Ultra Nate's "Free") is back after shutting down in 2002 when a venture with Warner Bros. went sour. Former owner Mark Finkelstein has reacquired the brand and back catalogue and has partnered up with Defected's Simon Dunmore for the relaunch, according to a release. Dunmore will be the label's creative head, and will help bring Strictly to the U.K.

-Ali B Presents Air Breaks brings the break-beat sound of London club night Air to CD, due Nov. 13. Plump DJs, Stanton Warriors, Lee Coombs and more appear on the disc. Air will also take it's club on the road with nights in China, Australia, New Zealand and Europe scheduled. An"Air Breaks" night is also set for sometime during the CMJ Music Marathon, the annual alt/college showcase that begins in New York Oct. 31.

-Fatboy Slim has said no to the British Conservative Party using one of his tracks, "Happiness," during its convention this week. It doesn't matter, however: The party doesn't need permission, as long is it pays proper royalties.
