As the world spins: Another twist in the Spundae-Godskitchen break-up has arisen: A solid source says Neil Thomas announced in an email that he's leaving Godskitchen. It isn't clear if the longtime Los Angeles promoter, who was Spundae's and then Godskitchen's eyes and ears in L.A., will move back to Spundae.

UPDATE: I received the email from Thomas today. In it, he says "it's been a touch decision," but he's leaving Godskitchen effective Jan. 1. He says he's focusing on his other businesses and projects, which "are demanding more and more of my time."

And ... Jason Bentley (KCRW, KROQ) tells danceblogga, "If Godskitchen is banking on remote-controlling their operation [from the UK], it's destined to fail."
